Description

This position involves monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, approving expenses, and ensuring
that project billings are issued and payments collected.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
› Control of costs and revenues of operations
› Plans financial allocations
› Controls expenses and revenues on special, or non-repetitive events/activities
› Prepares monthly book keeping and needed documentation.
› Enters data on the accounting system till monthly closure and reconciliations.
› Deals with governmental authorities (Tax and Social Insurance Authorities) and external auditors.
› Prepares reports requested by the Tax Authority.
› Maintains company financial reporting cycle.
› Participates in preparing company financial reports for senior management.
› Participates in the annual audit conducted by external auditors.
› Coordinates with the main ANWA financial division regarding all financial activities of the project

Marketing Officer – DID

Description

This position involves preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize
the exhibition’s promotion. Tasks include creating marketing campaigns and working with the agencies to see them
executed. This position also involves promotion through social media and other online platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

› Plan and organize PR events as well as communicate with the necessary stakeholder to ensure the promotion of the
exhibition through (social media websites, online platforms, magazines etc.)
› Communicates and liaises verbally and in writing between on-site manager and any marketing/PR agencies or
platforms
› Plan and organize campaigns to promote the exhibition
› Network with different marketing entities to further endorse the project
› Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
› Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance.

Qualifications

Description

The Exhibition Manager bears complete responsibility for the operations of the DID Egypt exhibition and reports
to the project manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

› Leads operations and facility management, ensuring the smooth running of operational plans.
› Manages DID Staff (sighted and visually impaired).
› Handles operational issues promptly and responds to serious customer complaints.
› Organizes and controls job posts under its guidance.
› Reports to ANWA on a regular basis and escalates issues in due time.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to accomplish each key responsibility satisfactorily.

› Minimum 5 years of professional experience in operations, preferably as a manager.
› Proven experience managing medium-sized team is a must.

Project Manager – DID

Description

The Project Manager bears full responsibility for the management of the grant extended by Drosos and ensures
the smooth progression of the project by handling all required coordination work and communications between
the DID exhibition team, ANWA, CID Consulting, Drosos and other parties involved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

› Oversees entire DID project on behalf of ANWA and documents all aspects of the project.
› Manages grant extended by Drosos and submits regular financial reports to donor.
› Communicates with Exhibition Manager routinely and produces regular progress reports.
› Reports to the management of ANWA with regards to the technical and financial progress of the DID Project.
› Supports ANWA with all DID-related activities and other operations, as required.
› Coordinates and leads meetings between ANWA, CID, Drosos, DSE, DID Exhibition Staff as well as the Ministry of
Social Solidarity (MoSS) and other Governmental entities as required.
› Coordinates the project with promoters and stakeholders.
› Deals with third parties to secure additional funding and new sponsors.
› Acts as the ‘face’ of DID project in any visibility event or activity.
› Supervises the main PR, press, communication and marketing activities.
› Supervises events that reach out to private companies.
