CID has undertaken yet another HR-focused role of assessing the employment needs and working conditions of over 25 factories. These factories, operating from within the Polaris Industrial Park in the 6th of October City, look to benefit from Polaris’ initiative of developing an employment center within the park. The center will have dual objectives which are to assist its beneficiary companies find the calibers they need in addition to decreasing the level of unemployment amongst women and youth.
After the project’s research, CID will have delivered a comprehensive report covering employment needs, investigations into gender specific roles and opportunities for women and youth employment opportunities.
