Projects Operations Coordinator, Sustainability and Social Impact (SSI) Practice

• Coordinate and participate in field visits and engage with the different stakeholders in the field and value chain actors.  
• Support the field operations team of the SSI projects by receiving and processing requests and follow-up on any issues till closure ensuring accurate documentation.   
• Collect, review, and validate data for accurate management and update of the databases on the relevant software programs.
• Support the consolidation of the projects’ financial documentation by populating financial disbursement sheets, archiving them, and updating the projects’ financial tracker on a monthly basis on all assigned SSI projects.
• Support in the recruitment process for the field team members across assigned SSI projects from the selection phase till the onboarding of the new field team members.
• Flag any risks and issues concerning the field team and operations, escalate to the project lead and support in the implementation of mitigation actions. 
• Contribute to the accurate and comprehensive archiving and documentation of the projects’ operations trackers and reports and populate the required dashboards. 
• Report on activities as necessary for project team and management alignment.  
• Research and coordinate in data collection and information for implementing the proposed projects  

Qualifications:

• BA or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Economics, Environmental science or any related field.
• 1- 3 Years of experience
